You can message the group leader, double click and join the group right away, and likewise you can host a group, you can post a specific class that you need and what you're running. So it's a really good way for players and groups to match up without having to go through a lot of chat spam.
Enhancing the experience (XP) gains for quests is one of the other major things they're doing.The players comment about how the XP gains are for quests, and how when they do one of these epic campaign quests with 20 steps, and when they complete the final step,the final result is that they get a green piece of armor that's actually worse than the armor they picked up while doing the quest.
